About Andrew Ladd

Andrew’s professional career spans 40+ years in the field of human service at a number of agencies and organizations. Currently, Andrew is vice president for Agency Partnership and Community Based Services for Communities In Schools/Charlotte-Mecklenburg (NC) where he serves on the Executive Leadership Team. Currently, he is responsible for developing and cultivating strategic agency partnership’s to serve students and families. He serves as a liaison with CIS state and national initiatives, often leading the charge in implementing new programs and services in support of the CIS mission in Charlotte.  Andrew has served on a number of local non-profits boards including Alexander Youth Network, The Family Center and the McCrorey Branch YMCA, where he served as Board Chair. He is currently a member of the Crisis Assistance Ministry, Discovery Place Rooted in the Community Advisory Board, secretary and president-elect of Hidden Valley Optimist Club and a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
